The goal is not to mirror every feature of large collaboration suites. HansaChat focuses on internal company communication with a simpler product scope, stronger local positioning, and a different pricing model.
New uploads are blocked until files are removed or the workspace receives more storage. Existing messages and files remain available; HansaChat does not automatically delete them at the storage limit.
